Plexus Ambassadors earn 15%-25% commission on their personal sales volume over $100.00, depending on the total volume accumulated during the month. Ambassadors also earn a 5% sales override on any personal sales volume over $100.00 in their organization, 1 fully compressed level below them. Ambassadors can earn more as they recruit others and advance in rank.
